I can't set up my printer to optimally print the digital products I ordered.
If you have printing problems despite the instructions issued in the description of the product ordered, you can contact me by email at lylliecreadivine@gmail.com and I will send you clear instructions with screenshots (print dialog boxes) to guide you.
When will I receive my order for physical products?
1- For physical or artisanal products in my possession: The delivery time is 7 to 15 working days depending on your day of purchase and your country of destination. This remains, however, only a temporal estimate.• If I do not have the products in my possession, orders will be shipped within 18 to 21 working days depending on your Country of destination, please take into account the potential delays in relation to covid, the day of your order, the processing time of your letter by post. There are other factors to consider — such as placing an order on a weekend or holiday that can extend the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date.
How are oracles + booklets sent?
1°/Oracle sent from France.You will receive your pouch with your oracle between 7 and 15 business days depending on your shipping country.I will send your oracles according to the stock already available in my possession. Delivery will be all the faster.2°/ Oracle sent from Hong Kong.You will receive your pouch, your thank you card and your invoice in a white bubble envelope (followed letter) sent by me and your oracle by the printer in Colissimo between 18 and 21 working days depending on your country of shipment.3°/ Accompanying bookletsBooklets made in France will be delivered between 10 and 15 working days depending on your country of destination.I remain available for any assistance if needed.
When will I receive the handmade oracles?
1°/Oracles sent by me, handmade, artisanal, France.You will receive your pouch made in Europe with your oracle designed by me between 5 and 10 working days approximately, depending on your country of shipment.They are handmade oracles, printed, cut and plasticized by me with my own material.
When will I receive my order for digital products?
1- For digital products: As soon as your purchase is approved, your download file will be automatically available by email or in your space on your Etsy account or I will send you your pdf file directly via Etsy messaging. Without an Etsy account, you'll be transferred to a digital download page and you'll be able to download your file(s) instantly.2- For PDF submissions for guidance: You will receive the interpretation of your print between 3 to 5 working days via your Etsy messaging.
Can we sell your oracles?
Unauthorized/prohibited use and commercial sale.The creator of all card games retains the original copyright. The buyer receives rights of use for personal use only. It is forbidden to assign, modify, reproduce or sell the product in physical and/or digital form to any third party.The images or illustrations used on the maps belong to the contributors and the sites from which they come. They can be used in accordance with the multiple-use license terms with extended print, sale and post rights by the creator only holding a paid business account.
Do you accept partnerships?
I accept partnerships with trusted and serious cartomancy influencers based on their visibility on social networks and the number of subscribers.If you have a Youtube channel, Instagram and Facebook account, I will be happy to collaborate with you. I specify that it is important to respect the work of the creators by mentioning them on the publications/descriptions.A personalized promo code will be communicated to you for your subscribers. This will allow me to assess the scope of your influence.A preferential rate is offered for influencers who will actually promote my creations on a regular basis. No serious person abstain.
What about Express Delivery?
Express delivery is only available for non-artisanal oracles.As standard delivery is estimated at 18 to 21 days, you can choose to be delivered earlier with an estimated express delivery of 8 to 12 days. Additional customs fees are possible if parcel > 1kg.standard delivery >🔹Order placed on 28/02: delivery between 14/03 and 24/03/22express delivery >🔹Order placed on 28/02: delivery between 8/03 and 12/03/22Please consider potential delays related to external events for which I am not responsible.
